We had a sleepover for 6 girls- celebrating my daughter's 16th Bday. Bluegrass Den was perfect. Enough space, perfectly decorated, and had all kitchen supplies needed. We would use this location again.

This house is in the perfect location for restaurants and stores. 11 minutes from the Owensboro Convention Center and worth every penny we spent on it! The beds were comfortable, the place was spotless and the hosts was friendly and had great communication. 10/10 recommend. We will definitely be back!

I love the entire interior and layout of the house. The pictures don't do it justice! Elite is top knotch and the location could not get any better. Elite made a lot of accomodations and I thank you so much.

If you plan on coming to Owensboro, Ky this is a great spot. Luckily, I live here and just needed a space to accommodate for the evening! I would definitely want to stay again!

Came to Owensboro for fire school and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The space was incredibly comfortable, clean, and provided the perfect, relaxing environment to unwind after long days. Truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again! Highly recommend."

We stayed in town for a Volleyball tournament. The location was very close to the Convention Center, any kind of restaurant, coffee shop, or grocery store you could want. The host was extremely proactive with instructions, and access was easy peasy. The home was just remodeled, and all finishes were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really appreciated the coffee pods, condiments, and plenty of paper products. The furnishings were excellent, and we were extremely comfortable hanging out, as well as sleeping. Everything was very clean and couldn’t have been better. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to family and friends. Stay here! You will not regret it!

I absolutely loved this place. It’s in a very nice, quiet neighborhood that feels safe and peaceful. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the space truly felt like home. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The house was exactly as described and had plenty of room for our family. Our boys loved the upstairs room and spent most of their time up there. We visit Owensboro every year and will definitely chose to stay here again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Katie’s place. It is very clean and comfortable. It is very well supplied and the house is very roomy. We’ve enjoyed both times we’ve stayed there. Katie was very good about keeping in touch with us throughout whole visit.
