Check-out Time: Check-out is at 10:00am.
Late Check-Out Fee: A late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour will apply if you check out after the scheduled time.
If you check out more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional full night at the regular nightly rate.
Please make sure to let us know if you anticipate needing a late check-out, so we can make arrangements in advance. If you need to extend your stay, we will do our best to accommodate you depending on availability.

House was clean. beautiful, and spacious! Master bedroom was very spacious, and the other 2 bedrooms were very comfortable and plenty of room! Very nice kitchen! 10 mins from downtown. 5 mins from the ballfields. Katie was quick to respond and a great host!

The home is located in a newer subdivision near the airport. I do not recall hearing airport noise or otherwise. It is tucked away in the subdivision so there's very little traffic. I don't think it matters where you stay in Owensboro, everything is between 5-15 minutes away from everywhere in town and this location is no different. 40 minutes to Holiday World. Newer construction meant clean, cozy, and nice finishes. We'll keep this host and property on our short list of places to stay when we return!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay!
Katie’s place in Owensboro was exactly what we needed. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The amenities were truly impressive — everything we could possibly need was provided, right down to a pizza pan! I usually find myself needing to run out and buy a few essentials when I stay at an Airbnb, but not this time. The home was fully stocked and ready for guests.
The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with convenient access to local shopping and restaurants. Katie was also an excellent host — very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area
